PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Acrylic polymer Acrynax 10127 is a permanently tacky, 100% solid acrylic polymer designed for use as a hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive. It can also be used as a specialty additive to improve the performance of other adhesives by enhancing tack and flexibility. The product exhibits good adhesion to a variety of materials including polyester, glass, steel, aluminum, vinyl, fabric, non-wovens and paper. Acrynax 10127 provides a high degree of cohesive strength without standing resistance to creep or cold flow. Acrynax 10127 is a thermoplastic polymer that can be applied using a variety of hot melt coating equipment. This polymer may be used as is or modified with compatible plasticizers, such as rosin-based, hydrocarbon or terpene-phenolic resins.

SUGGESTED USES
Acrynax 10127 is suggested for pressure sensitive applications including permanent labels, removable labels, tape, medical applications and vinyl (automotive and decorative).
PACKAGING
Acrynax 10127 is packaged in silicone-lined fiber drums @160 kg. net weight and 5 lbs. silicone-lined boxes.
